The Wake-Up Call
According to a survey commissioned by the NCAA, 58% of U.S. adults ages 18 to 22 placed at least one sports bet last year. Meanwhile, the Network for Public Health Law found that between 60% and 80% of high school students reported gambling within the past year.
For some people, gambling can be an occasional, fun social activity. But too often, it can spiral into addiction and threaten not only your finances, but also your education, job, and relationships. I learned that lesson the hard way, and now, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others rebuild after addiction.
Unlike substances, compulsive gambling remains widely misunderstood, yet it’s no different in its impact. Making things worse, gambling is encouraged by 24/7 advertising tactics.
It’s Time to Reclaim Your Life
Whether you’re wrestling with gambling, substances, or both, this is your chance to trade chaos for clarity and start showing up for what matters most.
Recovery is confusing: the moment you realize you’re dealing with something beyond your control, everything shifts. Many people spend years trying to manage it alone until they reach a breaking point — setting aside pride, admitting the problem, and finally allowing themselves to accept help. That moment changes everything.
It’s scary to recognize a problem and even harder to figure out what to do next. The path forward isn’t always obvious, and most people don’t talk about how overwhelming that moment can be.
That’s where Blueprint Recovery comes in.
